What does KSeF mean?

KSeF is an ICT system of the Ministry of Finance used, among others, for issuing, receiving, storing structured invoices, accessing structured invoices and marking structured invoices with an identification number assigned in the KSeF.

KSeF — Sales Overview

• Each posted invoice is sent to the National E-Invoice System
• The invoice KSeF number is saved in the AX2012 system
• In AX2012/D365 we have the possibility to open the xml file of each invoice sent to KSEF
• Verifying the compliance of the invoice with the xsd scheme of the KSeF invoice

KSeF — Purchase Overview

• Each purchase invoice is collected from the National e-Invoice System
• The invoice KSeF number is saved in the AX2012/D365 system
• In the solution we have the possibility to open the xml file of each downloaded from KSEF invoice
